DESCRIPTION:Become a dynamic duo and fight crime (or commit it) in our Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Two-Headed Giant Prerelease!\nSunday\, June 21th at 12:30pm!\nEntry: $90* per team \n \n\nAdd an expansive casts of beloved characters from your favorite Marvel Comics into your Magic the Gathering collection! Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes draws on decades of Marvel history\, it brings together iconic Super Heroes\, notorious villains\, and unforgettable Marvel Comics’ moments into one incredible release! \nWhat’s a Two-Headed Giant event?\n \nPlay\, plan\, and battle as a team. In Two-Headed Giant\, each two-player teams shares a starting 30 life and takes their turn simultaneously. The team does not share any other resources other than life. For instance\, any reference to “you” on a card still applies to the individual holder. \nEffects that read “each opponent” or “each player”\, however\, affect each team member separately. Players can block any creature(s) that are attacking them\, their teammates or Planeswalkers their team controls. \nAll participants will receive a Prerelease kit to build a 40-card minimum deck (we provide basic lands). In Two-Headed Giant\, the life total is shared and starts at 30 life. In Two-Headed Giant\, each two-player teams shares a starting 30 life and takes their turn simultaneously. For instance\, any reference to “you” on a card still applies to the individual holder. \nEffects that read “each opponent” or “each player”\, however\, affect each team member separately. Win-a-match\, win-a-pack!\nJune 22 at 5pm\nEntry: $25\nPlayer Capacity: 8 \nReserve your spot on Carde.io: https://locator.riftbound.uvsgames.com/events/625278 \nDraft is a limited format where players are each provided with 3 unopened Riftbound booster packs to open and draft amongst other players. Drafts pods run with 4-8 players. Each player will open their first booster pack\, pick a card from it\, then pass the remaining cards to the player on their left. Once the first pack is completed\, open the second pack\, pick a card\, but this time pass to the player on your right. Repeat the same process with the third pack but pass to the left. \n\nMain decks for draft must be at least 20 cards but can be more.\nThe domain identity of a draft deck is any three domains\, or any domain plus the domains of the deck’s Champion Legend.\nA draft deck may have any Champion Unit that is included in its domain identity as its Chosen Champion.\nA draft deck may contain any signature spells that are fully included in its domain identity.\nA player may opt not to use a Champion Legend or a Chosen Champion in their draft deck even if they have them among their drafted cards.\nIf a player’s deck is missing a Champion Legend and/or a Chosen Champion\, they draw a card at the start of their first Beginning Phase each game.\nThe normal restrictions on quantities of cards do not apply. For example\, a player may use 10 Pouty Poro in their Main Deck if they selected them during the draft.\nAll cards drafted but not in the main deck are considered to be your side board.
