Pokémon events\, the Standard format rotation for 2026 competitive play will go into effect on April 10\, 2026. \n\nCards with the “G” regulation mark will no longer be legal for play in the 2026 Standard format. Cards with “H\,” “I\,” and “J” regulation marks will be legal to use (as will any future regulation marks that may be released). A card’s legality status is not based on which expansion it’s from. Even if a card is from a recently released expansion\, players will need to refer to the regulation mark on the bottom of the card to see whether that card is legal for play. New cards still must follow the appropriate waiting period to become tournament legal\, which is typically two weeks after their release.

The card-pool includes arena-cards (weapons\, equipment\, etc.)\, and deck-cards that will start in the player’s deck. \nA card can only be included in a Player’s card-pool if the card’s class/talents are a subset of the hero’s class/talents (e.g. a Light talent card can only be included in a card-pool if the hero has a Light talent). Generic cards can be included in any card-pool. \nA card-pool may contain up to 3 copies of each unique card. A card is unique if it has a different name AND pitch value from another card. If you haven’t received one by the end of the event\, you get one just for participating! \nWeekly tournaments are a great way to hang out\, test out new decks\, chat about Yu-Gi-Oh!\, and more! Our entry fee is $5. Don’t have a deck? Check out our structure decks for sale in store! They offer great ways to pick up and learn the game\, while highlighting iconic archetypes and characters from the franchise. \nPlayers may apply for events ahead of time using the new NEURON app! The NEURON app is for entry\, results submission\, pairings\, deck lists and more! \nWhat is Yu-Gi-Oh?\nIn Yu-Gi-Oh!\, two players Duel each other using a variety of Monster\, Spell\, and Trap Cards to defeat their opponent’s monsters and be the first to drop the other’s Life Points to 0. Players draw cards from their respective decks and take turns playing cards onto “the field”. Each player uses a deck containing forty to sixty cards\, and an optional “extra deck” of up to fifteen cards. DESCRIPTION:The Gnomes invite Neopetians to the Gnome Games Green Bay West Battledome each Thursday this summer at Noon!  \n$8 tournament\, where we’ll play 3 rounds; with each round having players win-a-pack\, when they win-a-match! \nBan/Restricted List Goes into Effect Starting February 10th\, 2026.  \nWe will be following the banned/restricted list as listed here!   \nDeck Construction: \nYou need a 50-card deck made up of a combination of Codestones\, Equipment\, Food\, Faeries\, Heroes\, Legends\, Map Pieces\, Paint Brushes\, Petpets\, Potions\, and Villains. Decks can contain no more than 2 copies of any Equipment\, Food\, Legends\, Paint Brushes\, and Potions. They may contain no more than 1 copy of any Faerie\, Hero\, Petpet\, unique Map Piece\, or Villain and may contain any number of Codestones. You can have a Neopet Deck of at least 3 and up to 5 Neopets of different species (all 5 must have a different name)\, and a Rainbow Pool with up to 10 unique Rainbow Pool Neopets. Additional cards may have unique rules text having them start in your Rainbow Pool. These cards do not count towards the 10 Rainbow Pool Neopet limit.
