DESCRIPTION:Become a dynamic duo and fight crime (or commit it) in our Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes Two-Headed Giant Prerelease!\nSunday\, June 21th at 12:30pm!\nEntry: $90* per team \n \n\nAdd an expansive casts of beloved characters from your favorite Marvel Comics into your Magic the Gathering collection! Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes draws on decades of Marvel history\, it brings together iconic Super Heroes\, notorious villains\, and unforgettable Marvel Comics’ moments into one incredible release! \nWhat’s a Two-Headed Giant event?\n \nPlay\, plan\, and battle as a team. In Two-Headed Giant\, each two-player teams shares a starting 30 life and takes their turn simultaneously. The team does not share any other resources other than life. For instance\, any reference to “you” on a card still applies to the individual holder. \nEffects that read “each opponent” or “each player”\, however\, affect each team member separately. Players can block any creature(s) that are attacking them\, their teammates or Planeswalkers their team controls. \nAll participants will receive a Prerelease kit to build a 40-card minimum deck (we provide basic lands). Teams pool the cards they open and build decks together\,  then play in a 3-round best-of-3 tournament! Win-a-match\, win-a-pack of Marvel Super Heroes for each member of the winning team! \nEarth’s Mightiest Heroes are coming to Magic\, and this is your opportunity to play with the cards early! Players will then build a deck out of the 6 packs within the kit. Then it’s time to play! Players can block any creature(s) that are attacking them\, their teammates or Planeswalkers their team controls. \n\nThe team that goes first skips their first draw step.\nConstructed: Only four copies of any non-basic land card are allowed to be shared between teammates. 60 card deck.\nLimited: Players share a card pool. Players pool the cards they open and build decks together. 40 card deck.\nCommander: 99 card deck + a Commander card.\n\nThere is no unified construction\, though each player’s deck should be a legal Commander deck by itself.\nEach team starts with 60 life.\nA team loses when they take 21 or more damage from a single commander OR have 15 or more poison counters.\n\n\n\n  \nWhat Is Prerelease? \nPrerelease celebrates the launch of a new set and is your players’ first opportunity to explore what the set has to offer.
